Do you guys do logo contests?
Absolutely Not,
We assign projects based on that individual designerâs expertise. For instance, one designer might be really good at sports mascots whereas another is really good at floral logos.
Our Project Managers are experts at making sure to pick the right designer for the right job.
What is your view on spec work?
At Arway, we are 100% against spec, or speculative, work.
We believe it is unethical to ask designers to submit work in mere hopes of getting paid. Thatâs why all of our designers at Artway receive a fair wage for work they submit.
Where is Artway located?
Weâre based in Kampala - Uganda, Plot 1, Nasser road Printers Miracle center Building. Suite D16 First floor.
How long until I get my designs?
3 business days. Other places make you pay more to ârushâ you order, but at Artway, weâll always deliver your initial concepts in just three business days.
In what file formats will I get my designs?
We want you to be able to actually use your designs, so weâll give you your design files in everything you need, includingâĶ
- Raw Vector (AI and EPS)
- PNG
- JPG
- TIF

How do revisions work?
Weâll start off by giving you multiple design concepts. Keep in mind that the design process is highly iterative and collaborative, so we send you the initial designs, weâll ask for your feedback to make the designs even better.
Usually, our clients ask us to tweak colors, fonts and layout. Sometimes, they even ask us to combine the top half of one concept with the bottom half of another.
Whatever the revision, big or small, weâll continue to revise your design until itâs absolutely perfect.
Who owns the copyright for my final designs?
You do. Simple as that.
Do the prices include printing?
If you select a design package that includes printing, then youâre covered. Donât worry, if you pick a package without printing, we can always add it on later.
Do printing prices include tax and shipping?
Yes. We hate it when companies secretly add on extra charges like shipping. At Artway, the price you see is the final price for your designs, printed and delivered to your door.
Do I have to print my cards with Artway?
Of course not. But we sure hope that we wow you so much with our service that youâll choose to print with us.
If youâd prefer a local printer, thatâs OK too. Weâll give you the design files in all of the industry-standard formats, so you can print anywhere.
Do your website packages also include coding?
Of course! All our standard packages include design, coding, and integration onto your server or hosting platform.

I don't have a web host. Does Logoworks provide hosting?
We do,we use BlueHost, Hostinger and GoDaddy to bring you reliable hosting. We make sure to choose hosting that includes an SSL Certificate, so your site can be an HTTPS secure site.
What content management system (CMS) do you use at Artway?
We use WordPress as our de facto CMS of choice here at Logoworks.

We ask you to go through checkout immediately after you fill out your creative brief, and before we begin designing.
But donât worry â all of our design packages are covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee. Simply put, if you donât like your designs, weâll make it right or refund your money.
